OUR SKILLED NURSING PROGRAM

Our goal is to assist each resident in regaining and maintaining independence. Skilled Nursing provides extensive care and in-patient rehabilitation. We are contracted with Medicare and most HMOs.

Our rehabilitation program provides services to individuals whose lives have been touched by aging, injury, disease, or other disabilities. Our emphasis is geared toward maximizing the abilities of our residents and obtaining the highest level of function.

We understand that this is a difficult time for you and your family. Important decisions must be made and often little time may be available to discuss or understand your options.

At The Village HealthCare Center, your needs are our number one concern. We act as your partner in care, providing support, understanding and information to you and your family.
