Our nursing, rehabilitation, dietary and support-staff, provide services enabling our residents great opportunities for improvement in a positive and caring environment. Our therapy department is made up of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy personnel working directly with The Village. We also contract for Speech and Respiratory therapy services. As employees, they take pride and ownership in the services we provide our residents. You can easily see our successes by the high number of residents we discharge home or to lower levels of care. Our therapy department provides:

• Treatment plans individually tailored for each resident
• Services targeting areas enabling residents the greatest potential for improvement
• Specialized training for residents bound for home

The Village’s dietary staff works closely with our dietitian to ensure that our residents receive quality nutritious meals with a great variety. Our activities staff work carefully with our residents to keep them active and involved in our facility. Each of these services increases the success of our nursing and rehabilitation staff as we work together as a team for our residents.
